Ok I just got done with Nick's Sub2 ebook(and again for more information check out previous posts)and I must say it's the best book I've read so far dealing with subject to investing.
Some solid tips on finding and marketing for buyers and sellers as well as some exit strategies that not one single subject to book I've read ever have covered.
Now it's time for a game plan will keep you guys posted as to what I'm going to do next.
