Ok first and foremost I do apologize for not updating this blog as much as I would but I won't bore you with my daily life the whole point of these blogs is to showcase my activities that will help me achieve my goals I mentioned in my first post so you will only see posts of me progressing towards my goals.
Well my journey now begins with me reading a real estate course I got called "Subject To Investing A Comprehensive Guide". Yes it's the same course that is advertised in the banner on the blog site. It's done by an investor I know named Nick Johnson who I meant on a real estate investing forum/network site called biggerpockets.com. Nick is an expert in Subject To investing and has done a lot of deals using this method. For those who don't know what Subject To(or as some called it Sub2)is without getting into the bread and butter of this niche it's basically taking over a homeowner's(seller's)existing loan subject to that loan. If you want to know more about it or want to get into real estate investing that doesn't require much cash and no credit than I suggest you click on that banner and purchase this course. It's $97 which is a bargain compared to other courses that charge thousands of dollars and produce very little if any results.
Now this course will help me get to my goals. How do I know well I trust Nick and he knows what he's doing. If he can do it(basically a guy that went from the outhouse to the penthouse so to speak)but only if I take action which basically you can say for any course or education media that you acquire.
I'm about 1/3 through the ebook and so far it's been a very interesting read. A lot of wonderful tips on marketing to buyers and sellers to purchase or sell Sub2 deals. The next update I will notify that I have finished the book and started my steps utilizing the techniques in the ebook to achieve success and to start a brand new life for me.
In addition subsequent blog posts will have you follow me on my journey to real estate investing and the rewards that come with it. Regardless on how well I do or not you will see me in action as I take myself and any blog readers on this ride to the top.

The Journey
Allow me to introduce myself my name is James Hiddle. I'm a simple man living in Oklahoma with goals in mind. These goals are designed to allow me to achieve heights I have never achieved because of years procrastinating and being afraid. Afraid to leave my comfort zone that is. I've been years in a rut because I never wanted to leave my comfort zone because I'm used to being in this zone and I don't know what would lie ahead once I leave it. I guess it's that fear of the unknown that scares most people and yes I'm one of those people.
The purpose of this blog is not only to keep track of my journeys to achieve success but for those who want to watch me go on a journey that I have never been on in hopes to succeed in life. Also the purpose of this blog is to get out of my comfort zone that I'm so used to being in. Someone I wa talking to earlier in the day said in order to achieve success you must be uncomfortable first before you succeed. This is true because if you are in a nice comfort zone that's keeping you from your goals you will never get to where you want to go. By leaving that zone and getting uncomfortable the journey to success starts and as soon as your start getting into the groove getting there you will begin a new comfort zone but a comfort zone that won't tie you down.
First and foremost. My goals are:
1.To achieve success in real estate investing
2.To finally start a family
3.To get out of the rut that I'm in and start living life to the fullest
4.To start helping others that need help including family members,friends,charities,etc
5.To do things and go places I have never done or gone because I have never had the time or money to do anything
As you can see by the first goal which of course is my main goal is real estate investing and to succeed in it. I do believe once I get that first goal done the other goals will just fall in place. So this journey will have a real estate theme to it. And I will start posting situations and stuff that come up that are related to this goal. You will follow me on a journey that I have never been on and I do hope those who read this blog will not only enjoy watching one go from the gutter to the penthouse but inspire you to get out there and do something with your life if you are like me.
My next entry will be what type of real estate investing I want to get into and further blog posts will be from me reading any materials that will help me to negotiating with sellers,buyers,etc. You might actually see me blog about my daily life as well so here is to the journey and the wonders that await.
